We considered making it last night but instead went with a chili made with sirloin. I like the idea of this recipe but Husband wasn't so eager to use tarragon last night. I don't know that it would have been so good with the dried tarragon we have anyway. Hopefully, this is a recipe we will try some time soon. I make a LOT of the recipes that I feature on my blog and use it as a handy place to store the adventures I want to have. :-)
