Peaches and Cream Cake


----The above cake recipe calls for caster sugar. I don't want to try to make it by putting granulated sugar in the food processor....so, I will have to order it online as our local supermarkets OFTEN don't carry many basic culinary items.
-----"Vanilla essence" is the same as vanilla extract in the UK....but I think it is stronger there than in the States. For this recipe, I will likely try using my Double-Strength Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract (from Pampered Chef).
