A Whole New Year

These are the toast glasses from last new year...bringing in the new year with friends is the best way to look forward to a great year. Posted by Picasa

What are your New Year's resolutions??? Have you been keeping them???
It is 5 months into the New Year & you could be pretty far into your goals!!!

I think it is okay to set "rest-of-the-year goals" too. What is your rest-of-the year goal???

My goal was/is to lose the weight that I had gained when my Hashimoto's Disease/Hypothyroidism became worse. I battle with Hashimoto's Disease/Hypothyroidism. I have still not gained or lost anything. I am stepping up my efforts...more aerobics & more daily walks.

How is your goal going???

I resolve to make no resolutions this year. I break them all the time anyway so I might as well not bother.

I agree with :p fuzzbox....I always break my new years resolutions. But this year I am going to make a promise to my son, instead of myself...I think it'd be easier to keep that way. My new years resolution to my baby is to make absolutely POSITIVE that he is not exposed to anything that could make him sick...and make sure he is happy :)

I hope you had a Merry Christmas!

I did have a Merry Christmas. I am not sure what/if my resolution will be.

Titillating Treat-
I hope that the baby comes home soon. I am sure you will be really good at taking care of him at home. :-)

Thanks, bluestbutterfly. I talked to the doctor today & he said it will be at least three or four more weeks.

:-) at Tonya.

I would venture to guess that sooner or later you notice that you have actually achieved some of these. :-)

Well, I reread my comment and realized that even though I kept my goal - not exposing my baby to anything that would make him sick - it still didn't make a difference, since he got sick anyways. Oh well, at least I know that I did everything that I could.

:-)
